TestGorilla attended HRTech Europe in Amsterdam. I led the end-to-end branding process, including concept development, design execution, supplier sourcing, and coordination.
We created a bold, eye-catching activation where attendees were invited to scrunch up a stack of exaggerated, unreliable resumes and shoot them into a recycling bin. “Bin the CV” was designed to cut through the noise with a clear and memorable message. It was a fun, physical way to challenge the status quo and show just how outdated the CV really is.
Mini bin pencil sharpeners and branded pencils made for playful, on-theme giveaways, and a lasting reminder that there’s a better way to hire.
The response was really encouraging, and we were pleased to exceed our targets for Sales leads!
RecFest UK
For RecFest UK, a vibrant outdoor summer festival for recruiters, I led the full design and creative concept for our stand, blending bold branding with playful interactivity. Inspired by old-school British funfairs, our stand featured a pink-and-white striped gazebo, vintage candy cart, and a custom “Talent Pool” hook-a-duck activation. Festival-goers fished for “dream hires” and “dud hires,” highlighting the risks of judging candidates at face value, and the power of skills-based hiring. I created everything from swag ("SPF: Skills-Performance Formulation" sunscreen, and “Cool Mist, Hot Hires” sprays) to email campaigns, landing pages, social content, and sales collateral, bringing a cohesive and memorable experience to life from end to end.
